We help build identity, partnerships, and presence.Our work spans brand strategy, marketing, information design, partnership development, market positioning, community engagement, space and experience design, and process refinement. We often collaborate closely with founders, designers, and operators to ensure ideas are grounded in reality and able to scale thoughtfully.
prcss studio is led by Anna Lam, whose work is grounded in a belief that creativity, art, and design shape not only our physical environments, but also our individual and collective experience.She approaches projects by first seeking to understand complexity at a deeper level — how people think, how systems function, and how products or places are made — before crafting clear strategies, tools, and narratives that build identity, alignment, and trust.Anna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and brings a cross-disciplinary perspective that bridges design, business, and real-world operations.
